All-Time 450SX Class Statistics (1974-2016)

  • Ready to Defend: Ryan Dungey will look to become just the fifth rider in the 43-year history of Monster Energy Supercross to win three consecutive titles.
  • Chasing History: Already owner of the highest top-10 and top-five finishing percentages in history, Dungey can surpass Ricky Carmichael for the highest podium percentage ever to become the most consistent rider of all time.
  • Adding to His Legacy: Entering his 15th full season of 450SX Class competition, Chad Reed can earn the most top-10 finishes in history and move into second on the all-time starts list in 2017. He already has the most podium and top-five finishes of all time.
  • A New Champion?: With just three former titleholders on the line in 2017, the 450SX Class could welcome its 21st different champion. A total of eight riders in search of their first title have also won a Main Event.
